All the staff were great. The young man at the Starbucks counter was very sweet and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel met all of our needs from the free parking to the comfortable mattresses, the big tv and the walk-in shower. I loved all the breakfast options too. The location was perfect for our visit to Sesame Place as it is about 1/2 a mile to the park. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and hard working you could see they were doing everything they could and went above and beyond in terms of getting us a crib with a late arrival time. They were also so nice to our kids not just the front desk but the cleaning staff as well.

Too expensive, get Starbucks out, too political in their thinking and practices. Target local food options, buffet for value, freshness, make bottled water affordable, offer up to go coffee, water to go.
